My favorite aspect in the book The Pact was that it had a positive and negative aspect.A positive aspect was that this novel shows love between two people that had been friends for years. A negative aspect in the novel was that Chris being in jail was unrealistic. Love between Emily and Chris was my favorite part because it show what people will do to find their special one. I was able to relate to this a little because I know how itt fells to be friends with somebody for a long period of time and then eventualy going out.

In the book The Pact the conflict I identify was man vs. man. In the book Emily was killed and they started to question Chris, saying he was the one that killed Emily.Another major conflict in the story is Emily didn’t want to move ahead in time, she didn’t want anything with her and Chris to change. She wanted to put the world on pause.

In The book The Pact, I would describe the book as sad but a good love story. What made the book sad was that Emily had died at seventeenth which made it sad because she was so young and she had plently of more time to live, what made it a good love story was that in the begginng of the book Emily and Chris was neighbors since they were little kids and they were very good friends and they family was also very close, but when they became teenagers they had fell in love. One example of how the book was sad: Emily Gold dies, but the motives of her death is unknown, An example of how the book mood was a love story: Chris Harte and Emily Gold, grew up together from the day they were born. When Chris and Emily started dating, everyone was happy.

In the book THE PACT my favorite character is Emily. The reason I like Emily is because she nice and have a great personality. In the book the author characterize Emily as caring,loving, and open-minded. She shows how great her personality towards people and the love she shares for Chris

So far in my book, it is talking about two teens that are neighbors and they are bestfriends. The characters I read about was Emily and Chris. I think that Emily and Chris will eventually fall in love.
