7) He should be determined, head-on, but still agreeable.

10) Has a decent job that can pay off a house

Fine. I would like a guy that has light brunette hair and is novery pale but fair skinned. He would be dute, but sweet. He wouldn't like me for my looks, but for who I am. Basically- NO CREEPERS, SKATERS, EMO DUDES, OR CUTTERS
