2966 My name is Nancy Salazar and I'm 28yrs. old. I am in the Teacher Trac program and I am not really sure if I want to go into the educational field. I am still looking at my options. I like reading but not as much as I need to. I definately agree that reading is important. So I plan to read more and watch less tv.

2966 I definately recommened a Veil Of Roses. You will definately love the book. I read last summer and I was hooked on it. I think I finished reading it in 3 days. I couldn't put it down. Don't ever judge a book by its cover. You might like it when you start reading it.

2966 I can't remember any fictional books that I have read. But I have read a book called a Veil of Roses. It's about a character named Tamila Soroush who wanted it all. But in the Islamic Republic of Iran, dreams are a dangerous thing for a girl. Knowing they can never come true, Tami abandons them ... Until her 25th birthday, when her parents give her a one-way ticket to America hoping she will “go and wake up her luck.” If they have their way, Tami will never return to Iran ... which means she has three months to find a husband in America ...

This is my favorite book because I like reading about women who struggle but always seem to get back in their feet again trying to get where they want and achive what they want. It just gives me hope and inspiration for myself.

2966 A lesson I have learned from a novel is to never give up on my dreams. To always stand up for what I want and believe and never loose hope.

2966 I haven't read many books per say. But I did read a couple of books last summer and one of them was Annie on my Mind. I would have to say I relate to Annie. She falls in love so easily and is passionate about it.I think im the same way.
