LOL! Sorry I misunderstood. But hey I would suggest The Cal Leandros Series by Rob Thurman. The first book is Nightlife. Two brothers and a lot of paranormal.

28310 I'm trying to make an effort this year to read more of the books I have in front of me, by the end of the year I would love to have 20 or less books staring at me, rather than the 60 or so I have now. I also hop eto accomplish this by buy less books and using that thing called a library that I seem to ignore on my way to the bookstore every week! LOL! (I'll let you know how that works out)

28310 I understood that, I just meant were you looking for recommendations for your challenge books? Cause you wrote: Lenore wrote: "I would like to read 30 books recommended to be by fellow readers. "

That's why I was asking.

28310 I hope I can. I managed to read 151 books last year, and that was with sporadic reading through May, but I was unemployed for 2 months and during those 2 months I read 45 books, so that helped. I hope I can do it this year!

28310 If it helps the others I was deciding between were:

Riley Jensen Guardian Series by Keri Arthur
Women of the Otherworld by Kelley Armstrong
The Federation Series by Lauren Dane
B.A.D. series by Sherrilyn Kenyon
Bobby Faye Series by Toni McGee Causey

Highland Warriors by Karen Marie Moning (I did read the first book last month, but I think I might try the series)
These weren't in the running because I don't have them lying around...yet...lol!
Then there are the two series by Patricia Briggs- Mercy Thompson & Alpha and Omega

Dante Valentine by Lilith Saintcrow
And then there are some books by Anne Stuart (recommended by Danielle) that I haven't had a chance to check out yet, but I believe are in a series as well.

28310 Just checking does it have to be officially recommended, or can it be anything any has told me I should read? Because my cousin just hit me with a must read list!

28310 I'm winging it! I'll fill in as I go!

28310 My name is Tara and I'd rather be reading. Kidding!(mostly) But seriously, I read a lot of pnr & uf. I also like romance and a good mystery and an occasional sci-fi story. I'm a contemporary girl, not much for historicals, but I'm always to willing to give a higly recommended one a chance (ok, so sometimes it takes 2 or 3 chances, but I make every effort to get into it.) Anyway, that's me! Oh and I became an active member in September and started doing challenges in October. SO far I've managed to finish all the pnr challenges. So I'd like to accomplish that this year. Plus I joined the year long challenge which is 144 books in a year- which is equal to 12 books a month. I hope I make it!
