Dani’s comments from the Alice group.

He was panting heavily, scared out of his wits.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!" Dee ran back to the bed and hid underneath the pillows.

Dee crept out of bed and poked Brynn.

"Oh. Still. Kitty was a'sploded..."

He stoked her hair gently.

((Everything'll be half off, so buy some.))

He smiled up at her. "I'm so worried about her, though..."

((So, she probably ate all her candy and is on a sugar high. Still.))

"Thank you, love."

((Hey, it was Halloween yesterday.))

"But kitty a'sploded!"

"Shhhhhhh..." He held her while she slept. "You'll help me take care of her, right, Alice?"

((Yeah...))

((It just reminded me of "And Alaska can come too."

((Wooo!!

Hey, when the world ends, can I come? Not Kansas, just me?))

He ran his fingers through his little sister's hair. "Everything is going to be fine. Just give it time."

((The big street here is Broadview. I live two blocks away from 13th here...))

"It's okay. You're staying in my sight from now on."

((You must go to Wichita or to Austin?))

"I'm really worried about you, Raven," he confessed.

((Wow... I go to a party that's a block away from the biggest trick or treating area on the east side. There are cop cars surrounding that block. If someone where to get drunk enough to pass out on the street, they would get arrested...))

"Sorry!" He loosened his grip.

((Oh, fine, whatever!

...Uhm... I go to a family party every year...))

He hugged her tightly.

((That's not looting! Looting is getting free stuff off a dead body!))

Hatter hugged his little sister. "It'll be okay, Raven. Me and Alice'll take good care of you."

Dee picked up a pillow and tossed it at the cat.

((Am I the only one who doesn't call it that?))

"Shhhhhhh..." He rubbed her back. "It's gonna be okay..."

"How?"

((HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!))

"Shhhhhhhh... That's right, let it out..." He gently patted her back.

Dee's eyes were wide as he stared at Brynn too.
