Nathan- very similar to you- still enjoy old fashioned way of reading! yet- so many James Mason members now have e-books- so I read those on my Kindles, still prefer books I can hold..yet a great boon to writers, as e-books allow for far more opportunities to have your book available to many.

Love ANTIQUES ROADSHOW too! I have been able to find it on my local PBS channel occasionally - I just click on guide- go to my PBS station and zoom through- usually find an episode or two a week!

I like Pawn Stars- but tire of the "mini-sitcoms" they feel they must have in each episode "Chumley gets a day off with pay if he can start a fire" SO SO Scripted!!! Just show the folks trying to pawn and the experts..no need for scripted "humor"

25350 While most of our topics are about books, I find that expanding to film and TV make the Group more well rounded. I also notice that members seem to enjoy the diversity of media topics!
So...I am very curious as to what you feel is the best show on TV and the worst...obviously, your choice for the "worse" is not going to be a show you watch regularly...or even at all..perhaps simply based on content and word of mouth...your call!!

ALSO FEEL FREE TO LIST YOUR FAVORITE TV SHOWS OF ALL TIME AS WELL!!

As for me...

I do not watch TV alot- Almost 90% of what I watch on TV is sports..but shows I do enjoy are Gold Rush, The Mentalist and good old Judge Judy!!

Worst...I would have to Storage Wars - since I started out enjoying it until I read so many online articles about how fake and scripted it is..again..I have no proof myself- but many who seem to know claim those rare expensive items placed in storage lockers filled with junk are plants..whether true or not- I find myself incapable of watching the show anymore as it is so repetitive.
I am sure I would have a very large list if I watched more TV- the ads I see are horrendous!!

FAVORITES OF ALL TIME..THE ODD COUPLE, THE MUNSTERS, COLUMBO, QUINCY, MASH, THE HONEYMOONERS AND ALL IN THE FAMILY (and NHL Hockey..end the strike!!! I miss my hockey!!!)

now your turn!!
