over the years, since I started this Group..I have heard from many author friends that reviews matter..and I guess they do..yet, I cannot help feeling that many reviews are not honest..are written by those who wish to insult. rather than inform.. the fact that anyone can now review books is wonderful..but a double edged sword..

I love "journeying" from one book to another..espeically when they have been written over 100 years apart!

My favorite British painter. I didn't know there was a film on him. Thanks KOMET! The Turner Gallery at the Tate in London is amazing
I am halfway through this "new" book by Nelson DeMille. I really am enjoying it. I know you hat many of his readers were upset that he released a book that he first wrote in the early 70's as a new hardcover yet the tale of a very diverse trio searching for The Holy Grail is a terrific read so far
I am currently reading this classic Anthony Trollope book. I just love his novels. So witty and biting. Hard to believe it was written over 150 years ago!!
Magnificent new books coming out by our fellow James Mason members. So important to support them all and their various projects
Love all three. I have every one on dvd and bluray! Except for Hachi..which seems a difficult title to find in region one but I shall. Thanks Brian
I am also currently reading Felix Holt the Radical by George Eliot. Very well written but a bit more difficult to fully understand the various plots. I love the atmosphere Eliot creates but take quite a bit of concentration to keep all the various characters and story threads straight. Just finished Lady Anna by Anthony Trollope and it was an utter joy to read. Far more accessible than Felix Holt

I didn't know there was a movie based on this book! Thanks! It really is quite a pleasure to read!
I am reading a terrific novel
. An inside look at the life of a ghostwriter and a terrific thriller as well!
i love the bluray 4 plus hour version of
. So well acted and the production values were breathtaking
I was reading
and has to stop after 120 pages. The entire book is one long battle. I like thrillers that have action and plot not just a constant battles and near escapes
