kunta kinte was a slave who tries to do every thing to get away from slavery he was a brave man who is from the Gambia. he was force to change his name to a white man name called Toby. he was a slave who always try to get away from it but his dream never became true. But still he always had fights for his right. he didn’t go back from where he came from but he became a free slave. He said "I will never for get that I was and for get were I am from Gambia".
