the quotes "in a dark time, the eye beins to see", by theodore roethke. it's means that after awhile you has make a mistake people begins to realize the action that took place over the setting. i agree with this quote because we alway pass through a dark time to could have an experience coming from error that some had done. the two books that related with this quotes is going home by Nicholasa Mohr and the Action Of Life by Edwardo Lopez.

In Going Home in which the character was Fefita a girl of 8 years older. her parents over take care of her, loss in the dark time by think that something unussual could happen to her if they let her play outside in the yard. Furtheremore they don't let her have privile because they said girls have to be carefull with their personally because the most dangerous thing is that in the setting of new york. theremore, Fefita told her mother maldalena that she going to prove her and open her eyes by accepting a lesson that will help vivi his friend to speak a much better english and will help me speak a better spanish. However, Maldalena was really disappointed but and a way she was realize that in New York still be people humanity and that proof her and take her out of her dark time allowing Fefita have the same kind of privilege as her older brother.

Generally slavery was really common in the 19th century. which was clearly practive in the time of fredick douglass. however, frederick douglass was part of the slave treated as a dirty black and unethical. furtheremore, frederick got tired of let his master whisper him in the back when ever he wanted. similarly with his friends that were slave in the organization of his master's. therefore douglass decide to fight his master covey because he said, it was enough to still being treated as slave. above all douglass interesting was to teach his friends how to read, write and speak. thus, after douglass taugh his friends that were slavery how to speak, read, and write, he planned to espace with them to the east north.nevertheles it was truly a risk to espace because they didn't have document that show where they come from. in instance if they were caught without document, they will be return back to the south. in conclusion, douglass friends and him espace with a fake certification describing their phenotype.

the theme of the poem I readed is about the company of a family that haven't pass moment sharing thing each other."uncle Roy has sailed our bright orange kite with the long and fancy tail into the summer sky". I think is similar because the book I reading is about a Puerto Rica family that live in New York and they going to spend the whole summer in Puerto Rica. they will teach Fefila the nature thing from her native country. Fefila is the main character from the book I reading." I want to be able to teachyou about nature. I can't teach you about those things here, you will learn bout all kinds of trees, flowers, and bird. You'll alse see life in a different way in our village".

Fefita needs is to learn about nature thing where her parents come from because she want to be able to understand the history years before that symbolys her parents native country "Puerto Rico". Fefita want to show to her parents that she can be able to take hersefl because the way their brother do is bullying her making their feeling so bad.

The major themes in my book is that Fefita family going to Puerto Rico since has long time without go to visit their native country. Going to Puerto Rico for Fefila is really important because she going to be able to learn about the natural thing from Puerto Rico.
