Above all you begin to confront them. Two books that help to understand more deep this quotation and its theme are the "Jump Ship to Freedom" by James Collier and "The Bully" by Paul Langan. Daniel Arabus and Darrell are two characters that are embodies with this quote because in their lives they had vivid bad situations where they suffer all the time and also where they were treated by bad people and according with this suffering they began to realize their lives and see what are happening to them.

50x66 The citation that I chose is "his mother is super neat, but she irons everything, even her ten and twenty dollar bills!" I chose this citation because I like the way the author describes his mother's friend, because she likes to clean everything down to the littlest thing(she irons her ten and twenty dollar bills). Also, the author likes to put the most interesting and important things in his notebook; the evidence is the things that impress him - not the common things - the things that for him are special.
