“In the dark times, the eye begins to see.” This quote is connected to the Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, and the Bible, because these two books have something in common with the quote, because in the Bible I read the story about good and the blind guy. And the Narrative of the life of Frederick Douglass is about when he was slave.


This quote represents something important in my life. That is doesn’t matter how hard life is. We have to propose a goal to our life to success and to get out of the darkness.

This it an example that I read in the Bible. "It was a blind guy near to the river waiting for something to happen in the river because each year something magical happened so each year the blind guy others people wait new to the river, one time the magical thing in the river happened but the blind guy didn’t have the chance to get in the river. But the guy didn’t give up. The guy was standing near to the river, and God was passing by and God saw hem struggling getting on the river, so God went to hem and told hem "STAND UP AND WALK THAT YOU HAVE BEEN CURATE" so the blind guy stand up and walk.


This it an example that I read in Frederick Douglass. These quotes connect well because when Frederick Douglass was slave he was struggling to get his freedom, that’s when the dark time came to him. When Frederick Douglass escaped from slavery his eyes begins to see again , because he can do everything he want, that’s when he start to write about aging slavery.
