Mr. Flame’s comments from the Hero Academy: Part 1 group.

He laughed, "Hey man, some people just have a natural fear of clowns. I guess to some it could seem absolutely terrifying." Hikaru sighed, "Circus Freak's a bad dude. Actually been trying to track him down for the longest time. He seems to slip away right before we manage to even get a hold on him. I've been hoping that some of these new heroes could get a stop on him, but it seems they're failing, too." He paused, "You lost someone important to you?"

((Shoot. My bad!))

Hikaru laughed, "So that's who you think I am! You really are a fool aren't you? Look, I know that villain and I both have similarly white hair, but look at that. That picture has to be a computer generated one. You wanna know how I know that? I used to work for a company over in America that worked on this type of stuff, I'm an Ex-investigator for 'special' crime. We'd heard a lot about the Circus Freak, and we were never able to find out his name nor his face." He sighed, "It was quite a tragedy indeed, all we knew was that he was certainly obsessed with circus clothing. He was so well at hiding his true identity that we needed computer animations to figure out his face based on structure because of his mask." "And man, the true reason why I'm here is; the prodigies. The students that will hopefully grow into full heroes one day. It's fun to study them."

Hikaru jumped back, a bit startled. "I wasn't threatening you, I just advising you for the future, woah. And, please, stop calling me a villain! It's getting rather annoying if you ask me. I have no superpowers, which justify that I'm no villain. To be honest, you're looking more like the villain now. You summoned a fireball over my head." He sighed, "Look I get it, I really do. You want to follow your instincts, and all... I'm just a normal person visiting a not-so-normal school. I was having some relaxation actually, until some guy came up to me and constantly accused me of being someone evil!"

Hikaru sighed, "Look, just because I'm an older man at a school for younger students doesn't mean I'm a villain." He faced completely towards Asuma, leaning into his ear, whispering, "Assumptions may get you killed." He leaned away. He started to slightly laugh. "What's funny is how I'm being called a villain for standing here, enjoying relaxation at this school." Hikaru, once again lied. He was not at this school for some relaxation.

I'm sorry >.< I'm not.

Hikaru looked over, his posture and facial expression not changing. He had no sense of nervousness in his voice as he looked at the boy. "I come here every once in a while to enjoy the presence of this school." He paused, "I was born without any sort of powers, and I've just always thought of what I could've been if I was talented like those at this school." He was lying, but Hikaru was an extremely good liar, especially since he always has to hide his second identity as best he could. "Are you a student here?"

Hikaru had been wandering around the campus full of soon-to-be heroes, nonetheless, heroes were there, too. He was trying to be as careful as possible while treading in such dangerous territory. He managed to stay calm, however, as there was no way anyone would've known him as the "Circus Freak." He stood up against a railing, putting both palms on the rail. He sighed, "Why can't everyone here just learn to live life as it should." As vague as his words were, he hoped no one was around to hear him.

Nationality: Half-Japanese, Half-Caucasian

Personality:When masked, Hikaru has a very trickster-like personality. He could even be mistaken for a younger child due to this personality, in fact, if it weren't for his adult body. He can be extremely volatile most of the time, and has almost no tolerance for anyone that questions him. You'd be considered lucky if he didn't strike you down right where you stood. But, despite this personality, he has a completely different side when unmasked. It's like that mask causes his personality to change entirely, and not for the better. He loves to read, and study most sciences when on his own time. He enjoys studying about the human body, he doesn't understand why. It wasn't for torturing purposes, it just greatly fascinates him. He can do pretty well in a conversation with others, if you gave him the chance.

Note: Hikaru changes his personality drastically when masked only to hide his identity. He is just like any other, non-suspicious person when unmasked, so don't go believing he's a villain five seconds into a Roleplay. But, he will even go to extents as to styling his hair differently than when he does while out doing villain-like actions. He even goes to an extent where he even completely changes his voice when masked to a completely high pitched one. Think of The Joker.

Hikaru has a rather slim figure, and just tops out in the height of 6' exactly. He has silver, flowing hair that he was born with, and usually dresses up in attire you'd usually find at a circus. The reason being as to why the many heroes has given him the nickname "Circus Freak." He can change his left eye into a black and red color whenever he feels threatened, excited, or whenever he simply feels like it. This is what distinguishes him from an ordinary human, and ghoul.


Powers/Abilities:
Rinkaku: Hikaru's Rinkaku are brilliant blue color. Extracting from his lower back, his rinkaku are extremely deadly blades, like any other kagune of this type. He has known how to control these tentacle like blades very dexterously. They reach to eight meters in length, and have a deadly sharp point to them, allowing easy penetration of ghoul skin. Though, the sides are safe to touch. The lack of sharpness around the edges is made up with their length. Up to eight can be released.

Kakuja: During his kakuja state his mask becomes slightly similar to an crow in that it resembles the beak of a bird. Instead of being a purple color, it's as white as snow and layered out with pristine, white markings. His kagune doesn't change much besides the fact it changes from a blue color to a deep purple shade. And the kakuja variant of his kagune is now extremely deadly to the touch on all sides as its like a fine razor blade wherever you touch.

Heavily increased physical capabilities: Hikaru's ghoul blood gives him multiple increased physical abilities to that of a human. He's much more powerful than a normal human, much faster, and much more reflexive. And it doesn't stop there; he has an amazing sense of smell, touch, hearing, and eyesight.

"Which would explain why I know what it's like to suffer."

History:Hikaru grew up in a somewhat poor family, under a human mother and a ghoul father. He was scarred for the majority of the first part of his life, watching his human mother die, and having to kill his ghoul father. Hikaru's parents never expected him to be born because it was extremely rare to see a half ghoul, half human succeed into the world from the womb. Even the chances of the woman becoming pregnant in these circumstances were slim to none. Hikaru was a 'miracle baby.' But, one day, when Hikaru was a little over seven years old, his father had gotten into a fight with other ghouls. He had come home, and he was not himself. His eyes were full of hunger, the white consumed with black, and his iris' turning blood red. As soon as he walked in the door, he lunged right for Hikaru's mother. He needed flesh to heal from his wound, so he began to consume her. All Hikaru could do was watch in horror as he thought there was nothing he could do against his father who seemed way more physically superior. Suddenly, this feeling of terror vanished as Hikaru flew into a fit of rage. His left eye turning into a mixture of black and red, having one intent; to kill his father. His Rinkaku awoke from him, exploding from his lower back, all of the tentacles rocketing at his father. He pierced both legs, and arms. He lifted his father off the ground, and slammed him right back into it, now digging two of the blades into his father's chest, killing him. Immediately, Hikaru ran away, living on the streets for the next year, picking off any human he could in order to survive. He now acts as a villain, gaining more and more powers by killing and eating other humans or even ghouls. He only does majority of these inhumane acts to survive as an individual. However the humans or heroes decide to see him as, that's up to them. He believes he has more than enough strength to kill all of them.
