I'm reading Laurell K Hamiltons Serpentine, then I'm reading book 2 of the Saga of the Chosen series, The Rainmaker, by Petra Landon.

Make sure your DATA is turned on, my phone won't download anything unless it's on. I hate the updates, it uses up all of my space so I can't read my email!

I think I want to stick with the regular old crickets we have here in East Texas, those crickets would creep me out too. Ours, I just pick up and put in the garden, if I find them before the cats do. The sound they make drives my husband crazy but I think its kind of soothing.

I think an author can use a bad review as constructive criticism. Especially if you tell them what was wrong, it gives them something to think about when writing their next book.

We're lucky to be in the 70's today in East Texas, but in another month or so, we'll be in the hundreds. Reading is always a great excuse to stay in soaking up the air conditioning when we start hitting those tempts.

Hey Aly, mine was a working weekend. I was lucky enough to have family come in the middle of last week, so I was catching up. How was yours?

Two of my kids went to see It, they loved it. I'm going to need a little more convincing.

It looks like one of those movies you want to watch cuddled up on the couch with your favorite comforter, with the lights out. I'll be ordering this one on pay preview as soon as it comes out.

I'm reading this series Mark of the Demon, Blood of the Demon, and I'm reading number 3 now Secrets of the Demon. Love the series so far!
