Same. We never get trick-or-treaters either, though we always get sweets just in case, so I usually end up scoffing those!

215640 I've just started reading The Bees and I'm only a few chapters in but I'm already awed. It's strange, but good, like nothing I've read before! It might be a good one to read as a group, I'd love to have people to talk about it with!

I thought the film was ok, but nothing special. Still, I plan to give the book a go sometime in the future!

It's so different from the film. There were parts I thought were good, but other parts that just had me rolling my eyes.

215640 Definitely. The internet makes staying in touch so easy and if you ever fancy visiting Tokyo you'll know someone!

215640 Beside reading, (which is my main hobby!) I like photography (looking at it as apposed to doing it), travelling (I've been to so many great places and find inspiration everywhere), swimming and spending time with my family and pets. I have two dogs, Chezzy and Junie, and two rabbits, Jinx and Lily, who I love to bits!

215640 Hiya,

I write different genres but all of them have vary degrees of romance...
Ghetto and The Demon Inside are YA sci-fi's.
A Tangled Web is a YA coming-of-age novella set in Japan and has just been named a finalist in the Next Generation Indie Book Awards in the Novella Category.
No Rest for the Wicked is an adult romantic fantasy.
Player is a contemporary NA romance and is the first in my What Happens on Campus Series - I'm currently writing the second book Flirt.
All of these are available on Kindle, Paperback on Amazon Kobo, Nook and i.books.

My newest book, Red Days is another novella and it's about the Taiji dolphin slaughter. It's fiction but follows a timeline of true events.
It's currently up for pre-order on Amazon. It's £1.99 but if you pre-order and message me a screenshot of the confirmation you'll be in with a chance to win a years dolphin adoption!

Also, I have a few short stories in various anthologies!

My favourite book changes almost daily and I love most genres, but I'll admit I'm a romantic at heart and love anything with romance in it!
