215640 Hello!!
I write contemporary YA, and currently have two books published, A Game Worth Watching ($.99) and A Shot Worth Taking ($3.99). I plan to write a third book in the series, but am currently working on a standalone about a teen who undertakes an open water marathon swim. Since I grew up unable to find any books featuring female athletes I figure it's time to narrow the gap a bit. You can check out my goodreads author page or my blog:http://samanthagudger.com/?cat=1.

215640 I feel like someone has to throw in a Harry Potter character, so of all the eligible horrible options, I'll have to go with Snape...at least for the first six books. The seventh just made him to be one of the best villains because of the overwhelming sense of compassion he gained.

215640 Hello everyone! This sounds like a great group of people and I'm glad to be a part of it. Like all of you, I LOVE books and will read anything that is good, although for me that mostly means YA. No, I'm not a teen, but I'm still trying to figure out why I have to grow up. :) I'm the author of a two-book series (titles A Game Worth Watching and A Shot Worth Taking) and am working on additional stories. My books are contemporary YA that strive to provide good, quality books to the Girls in Sports genre because growing up, I was an athlete who couldn't find any books with girl athletes. I'm happy to be here with all of you!
