I get a lot of junk too. I have been unsubscribing slowly.

I just watched Rampage at Redbox and it was better than I expected. I really enjoy "The Rock" in his movies and I think he made this one better for me by the humor he added to the movie. The ape's humor was cute and funny too!

I am glad you enjoyed it! I am still working on mine but thank you for sharing your opinion with us! I have already read The Book in the Attic! Feel free to share if you like this one, it is also book 1 in a series!

I get it from the author's point of view a little but I want the whole book or why waste my time.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that instafreebie gives a lot of "previews" away and not so many full versions of books. I have found I few I thought would be really good get them because they say "get a copy of the book here" and find out it is a chapter or two? I think they need to tell us this up front.

I went to see Skyscraper with Dwayne Johnson "The Rock". I enjoyed it very much! Typical "The Rock" movie lots of action and more!!!

I have been hearing more and more about reviews getting pulled from Amazon. Never say you got a book in exchange for an honest review on you Amazon reviews. This is against their policies and they will pull the review and maybe you won't get to review anymore. Reviewers just need to let them know you got a free copy from the author---and you are choosing to write a review. The review must always be your choice to write. Any questions let Patricia or I know.

I write whatever I want in my reviews. On the books I don't like, I try to give the author some reason why I didn't like it. Like the book didn't keep my attention or I didn't feel connected to the characters.
I don't think we should be brutal but I think we should be honest so they know for the next book.
I think the problem with writing books (like most things) not every single person is going to like it. You can't please everyone.
It is the same with writing reviews. I can tell you most of my books are not long. I don't summarize the book because a lot of people do that and the brief description either tell you about the book or doesn't. I write reviews about if I like them, love them, hate them, didn't finish them and why...ect.
I think writing reviews are personal in a way, at least to me they are. I had a author tell me one time she didn't not like the way I write reviews and my thinking is then don't ask me again!!!

Hope this helps someone! I say write a review how you want there is no right or wrong review the author just wants to know if the book was like and if so why or if it wasn't liked why, basically.
Authors correct me if I am wrong!
