Yes, improvement should be one of the main purposes if GMH is to be done. However, there are pro and cons to be considered.

I've been locked out from facebook because my old laptop broke.

I'm getting back to reading, mostly Indie books.

I haven't been able to access my facebook, and I'm inactive on Instagram. I do have Twitter and try to spend more time there @sottovoceinora.

Look me up, I follow back all genuine users, but nowadays there are bots, scammers, and fake authors everywhere, so I do my due diligence and check posts/profile/replies.
