Chapter 2 summary: Psychological Safety is the most important of group norms. Do ppl feel safe talking sharing opinions without fear of retribution.

Pg 61. Successful teams had two things in common. Equal talking & and high empathy (high scores in the reading the eye test)

Pg 45. Group composition was insignificant compared to group norms. (How>who)

Pg 36. Asking "Why" and creating choice induces motivation. It helps create purpose.

Internal vs External locus of control.
Internal Locus of Control - a belief they could influence their destiny through the choices they made (pg 23)
External Locus of Control - believing that your life is primarily influenced by events outside your control (pg 24)
