2051 i LOVED it. i also read the book he wrote about reading the encyclopedia and loved that one as well. he's a very funny writer, but not shallow. i'm not religious, at all, but i really appreciated some of the insights and realizations he had while reading the bible. and there is some really interesting trivia :)

2051 I read this book a while ago and I really enjoyed it. At times it's just laugh-out-loud funny (or at least a good chuckle), and at other times it's touching. I would recommend it.

I found it compulsively readable. There is a stretch in the beginning about some business issues that i thought dragged a bit, but once the main character gets to the island, i couldn't stop reading it. i love mysteries though!
