203669 Oh awesome! Th book is called Dying for a Living! I'm putting the link here :)

On the morning before her 67th death, it is business as usual for Jesse Sullivan: meet with the mortician, counsel soon-to-be-dead clients, and have coffee while reading the latest regeneration theory. Jesse dies for a living, literally. As a Necronite, she is one of the population's rare 2% who can serve as a death replacement agent, dying so others don't have to. Although each death is different, the result is the same: a life is saved, and Jesse resurrects days later with sore muscles, new scars, and another hole in her memory.

But when Jesse is murdered and becomes the sole suspect in a federal investigation, more than her freedom and sanity are at stake. She must catch the killer herself--or die trying.

203669 Is there any place where we can make book suggestions? I know an author that is LGBT and so is the main character in her book! It's YA, Urban Fantasy, and age appropriate. (Promise it's not mine lol) It's actually free on Amazon right now too!

203669 Hey everybody!
My name's Kel Carpenter and I recently published my first book, Heir of Shadows! I live in Atlanta GA with my boyfriend and dog, Harley. No she's not named after Harley Quinn *sigh*, she's two years old next month. I go to school full-time as a Chemistry student, part-time author, and part-time waitress. So very busy! I really look forward to this group though, I love learning about diversity especially from authors who're actually going are!
My favorite genre's are YA and New Adult. I love books that feature strong heroines, well thought out plots, diverse and complex characters, as well as believable writing! Being a paranormal fantasy writer that is my first love, but I'm open to a lot! So excited:)
