Can someone tell me about Early Bird Books? I can't find any chatter about them and their prices are not listed (usually a sign that they are expensive). I already got a copy edit and a professional cover, but other then that, I can't see any other requirements for them. Advice?

I apologize if this question has already been asked: has amazon updated their review policy of something? I've had ~40 verified-purchaser reviews removed since my book was released on June 6. I've been following an author who published back in 2015, and he had 218 reviews in the first 60 days. I can barely hold onto 30 in the first 90 days. I tried reaching out to book reviewers, but after 120 emails and only 2 reviews, I gave up. Any advice?
