I'm here off and on; busy writing! :)

I've found that there are fewer reads for me to enjoy, and an overabundance of 'how to' articles. Really? I came to Medium to read and share short stories and not be bombarded by kids telling me how to score on a date.
With that, I didn't renew my annual fee, and I rarely go there now. :(

Kinda' new to the group, and I have two of a three-book paranormal saga that came out in late 2017, so I hope it's okay that I list them here. Thanks!

They are of a paranormal romance fantasy nature, and feature a variety of multi-cultural/mixed couples. In the third book that I'm currently writing, there will also be a m/m couple. I'm all about inclusiveness! :)

You all are way more advanced than I. I'd like to create an author page/site (whatever you call it), and I have no clue on how to begin.

*Am I to understand that I get/create a domain name? If so, where do I go?
* Layout? I have an idea on how I want things to look, but again - not a clue as to what I'm suppose to do.
Any info and fingers pointing me in the right direction(s) will help! Thanks!

Okay...It's obvious that I need to have a paid membership, as I was only able to read a few articles.
With that, how does the clapping work, exactly? How many claps can one give? And how do those claps convert into $$$? I tried getting the info from the site, but I keep going around in circles. I'd like to give as many claps as possible to folks - especially for the articles/reads that I really like! :)

Still figuring out the site...love it so far! Slowly going through all of your posts!
