It's better to upload well in advance because aometimes there are issues and you need to resubmit your manuscript after due corrections. Else if you postpone pre-order, Amazon and many others don't allow you in future because you loose your image as a disciplined author.

Yes ARC is a copy which is being provided to beta readers for review (from correction point of view, editing, critic's opinion etc) before publication.

Pre-order doesn't need manuscript or if if it is so, you may load sample chapters but ensure you upload finish product 3 days in advance with reference to your release date.

On 17th June'17, being my 22nd marriage anniversary, I am very happy to gift you my previous works "Kathputli" and "Life In Shackles". Kathputli is in Hindi Language while Life In Shackles is written in English. Both books have 14 short stories on various social issues in Indian context. There are 9 stories which are same in both the books. As of now, both books are in their updated version. Paperback is available at price but Kindle edition will be free on that day.
