I agree! I love their relationship. Usually it is the mother and daughter who have a strong connection in literature, while the father isn't very present. I loved that difference with this novel.

What are your thoughts on Abigail? Do find that she has developed as the novel has gone on?

Do you ever have dreams where everything is perfect, and then wake up to find that it was all just a dream?

Who ended up being your favorite character? What did you think of the ending cliffhanger? (Lady Fidelm happens to be my favorite!)
