I wondered for a sec if we would have another Shade but CP was so quick to kill off the 2nd one that was made.... but that also makes me think why wouldn't he make another one to replace Durza. OHHH what if this guy is something more powerful than a shade?! Something we haven't heard of yet... maybe even something ppl think is a myth...???

Yea I agree, I think the guy is going to help with something very important. I wonder what the "question" he is trying to answer... maybe that will be the info Eragon needs :D Another thing I wonder is if the Drawfs are ever going to join in with the Dragon Riders after this is all over (of course, if we get a happy ending).

Thanks for the update!! Well actually when it says groomed fingernails I think money... Higher class.... Especially with the era they r in. So I wonder if its someone in Galbatorix castle?! Than glowing coals??..... A stone table.... Hmmm is it someone in a cloak talking to one of our main characters while a fire is simmering??? Or someone being held captured by this guy?... Ok anyone else?? Lol

Yep, him... There r so many stories told between the 3 books that I'm wondering if I read it a 2nd time I would catch something about him. I have a feeling he's going to be important in a way... Especially after we find out he's connected to Angela. Any theories??

Hello Talia! Yep the list keeps growing and Chris needs to hurry up ^_^. Harpoon you sound like your ready to ring his neck lol. I wonder if CP is stuck and doesn't know how to end the book and/or how to tie up some loose ends. I wonder if he's going to kill off some main characters and is stuck on that.... there has to be something that's holding him back. I can't even imgaine how I would have felt if JK Rowling last book would have took this long!! 0_0 Just saying it makes me want to shiver :p

Well first off, The 3rd rider… who would it be? Either Arya (she was never around the 3rd egg right? Oh I hope she is the one! Like Harpoon said "hear hear" LOL) or someone we haven’t met yet. I completely doubt Roran will be the one in my opinion. I think Roran’s character is already set, basically he will be the fearless Captain that will do anything to protect his love ones (especially his wife and future child) and his soldiers. Now it would be crazy if it is Nasuada becomes the 3rd rider especially b/c the way she feels about magic. That brings me to my other question….

Will Nausada’s hatred towards magic be her downfall? Because Nasuada feels so strongly against magic, I have this bad feeling she’s going give herself the illusion that one day she can get rid of it (of course not succeeding) or try to isolate magic users (like this book I read called Poison Study by Maria V. Snyder, the country was divided into humans and others that could use magic). Of course this will not happen so this for sure will cause her death or her losing the Varden and chance in being Queen of Alagaesia.

And of course I love the character Angela… By now we all know she is something else than human but the question is what?! She said she has been around for more years than Eragon can imagine plus she has knuckle bones of dragons. So, either she is something we have not heard of yet or as Lizzy said in the earlier post a Grey Folk. I’m dying to know why the werecat stays around her and what’s going on with her mentor. I'm trying to remember if the mentor's name has mentioned before but I can’t recall. Do you guys remember if there was another time??

Lol, yea I guess came from no where :p I feel like I'm not allowed to complain b/c I haven't been waiting as long but I really want to know what happens next 0_0 I have so many different Possibilities running through my mind. I'm really hoping there is no possibilities he won't finish... that just Cruel LOL ^_^

LOL!! First hello everyone! I’m new to the group and my first comment has to be here. I just finished reading the series for the first time, I know… I’m asking myself why I never picked it up before this lol but I really loved it!!! And now I find out Paolini has been taking this long to write the 4th one!! WOW!! Seriously?? You guys must be pissed b/c you have been waiting way longer than me and I’m totally anxious in reading it now!!
