I'm about to get started reading this today. It's interesting to see that Forna chose gold as the color of impurity, but I assume she did that on purpose.

I simply joined this group because I am fairly new to fantasy books and want some thoughtful recommendations and such. I look forward to participate in this group with you all :)
I am in China right now, heading home in about 2 months, so I don't have access to my county library right now.
As for random information about me, I like both cats and dogs, cake and pie, but don't like coke or pepsi.
