Does the girl have a 'power' that can make people/guys love her if she loves them? One I'm thinking of has a teen who moves (from oz maybe) after mum and baby brother die in car crash to live with family/friends. Meets the new guy/vamp. Old friend/love ends up coming over and being part of the story. Vamp had a brother maybe twin. I keep thinking Rose in the name.
