Maybe? Don’t remember foster, but h returns from years/decade(+) of roaming after just taking off one night, after graduation? Mothers just died. How she regrets missing all that time with her mum, and there’s anger about her never coming home.

If it sounds right, I’ll go hunting.

Spoilers: (view spoiler)[ The H’s dad’s sheriff and hated her, he picked her up at the end of her dropping drunk friends home and found some drugs in the borrowed car(?), told her he was going to lock her up and destroy her (and maybe mum) if she didn’t get out of town and forget his son. She had quietly become a travel blogger while she was away. (hide spoiler)]

Relentless, Refuge & Rogue are hPOV. Warrior (bk4) is HPOV that covers the first three books. (Sara & Nicolas)

Then Haven, Fated & Hellion are each individual new couples from the support characters in the first four books. All duelPOV. Sara & Nicolas are support characters in these books.

Relentless series, although the first few books are hPOV, with the forth book (Warrior) coveting HPOV. The rest are duel.

Fiction preferred, but a good non fictions fine (I just don’t want to read a text book or similar). And I don’t mind if that are straight fiction, HR or PRN etc, as long as the mental health issue is a real part of the story and well written.

I really do want them to be a good read with good characters and stories.

Any kind of mental health issues in the lead characters or as a main part of the story in a secondary character.

Anxiety, Asperger (especially any that define female over standard male presentation), borderline, bi polar, autism. Probably not straight depression unless it’s a really good book. Any other weird and wonderful diagnosis’s that are out there.

Examples (sorry I can’t link them on the app without dumping the screen)

- Estelle Ryan, Genevieve Leonard(?) series : female autism
- The Midnight Library : depression
- The Governor Square Affair series : bipolar? depression
- The Kiss Quotient : female autism / Aspergers?

Possibly a series

- Think it’s is a biker book, but maybe some other kind of organisation - likely criminal in nature
- Pretty sure the bad guy is a cop, corrupt and/or just obsessed with bring the other team (or person) down
- The book is about his teen/twenties daughter (I’m pretty sure) and the son(?) of his ‘enemy’
- Think she either had very little to do with the bad dad, or a very bad relationship
- Later we find out that when the leader of the group got his women pregnant, the bad guy purposefully got someone pregnant in the hope of his daughter hooking up with the other guys kid when they grew and helping him take them down.
- From memory, he’s always treated her like crap and has never ‘trained’ her or cultivated her loyalty to help with this scheme. Just shows up when she miraculously runs into and falls in love with the correct son etc and demands her to follow orders.
