This is driving me insane!

I read a romace paperback in the late 70's early 80's. I thought it was called either Castaway or Marooned or Voyage but have searched without any luck.
Theme:
Heroine spends last of her money on a cruise, dresses up fancy with fake jewellery and catches the eye of a rougue who thinks she is wealthy. He steals the last of her cash and she has to tell him she is penniless. He takes pity on her and offers to take her with him....He is a boat builder in England. They set of on a voyage together, she loses weight as she is very sea sick,,,,,becomes attractive, he beds her, she gets pregnant, boat capsizes and she is washed up on an island (Corusca??) The island is home to a reclusive millionaire who lives in a big mansion. There is voodoo and incest on the island. The old man in the mansion beds/weds her ? She has a son while on the island
there is a fire and the old man is killed. She inherits his money.....the boat builder guy has also been saved and he tracks her down, they reunite and have a happy ending.

I think the heroine might have been called Helen? and the Hero Jake?
