The theme of discipline and justice is shown in my book when Rey stumbles upon an old, beat up cruiser that she desperately needs in order to survive on the planet Jakku.

The theme hard work pays off is shown when FN-2187 goes back to get his cadre member, risking his own life, and still getting the mission done with time to spare.
