184768 In my book Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban, the theme of overcoming adversity is a main idea. Harry Potter has to accept that he is a wizard even though his "family", the Dursley's are muggles. Harry has to overcome the fact that he isn't like the rest of them and has to deal with keeping himself a secret from other muggles. He will eventually overcome the adversity in front of another muggle and ends up leaving the Durlsey family.

184768 In the book I am reading, "Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkanban" the theme of death and dying is very apparent in the particular part of the book I am in. Harry overhears Ron's parents discussing about a villain wanting to capture Harry. Once harry arrives to Hogwarts he is told by one of his teachers that he will die before the end of the year.

184768 In my book "Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban", family and friends play a major role. Harry eventually leaves his non-accepting family and eventually meets his friends at Dragon Alley. This shows how to Harry, friends are more important to him than his family.
