Taryn’s comments from the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry group.

The entrance to the Hufflepuff common room is located in a nook on the right hand side of the kitchen corridor, concealed behind some barrels. To gain entrance, you must tap the barrels two from the bottom, in the middle of the second row, to the rhythm of the words "Helga Hufflepuff", which will open a passageway to the basement. The basement itself is round, with a low ceiling. It is decorated with yellow hangings, copper, and sofas and armchairs that are yellow and black.

The Great Hall in Hogwarts Castle is the main gathering area just off the right of the Entrance Hall. This is where students eat their meals, receive owl post, and attend certain special events. There are four long tables, one for each house, and a staff tables at the front, where the entire Hogwarts staff sits. The ceiling is enchanted to look like the sky above, and is covered with hundreds of floating candles.

This is where the male Gryffindor's live.

The Gryffindor girls dormitory is located up an enchanted flight of stairs in Gryffindor Tower. This is where the female Gryffindor's, aged 11-17, live.

The Gryffindor common room is located in Gryffindor Tower, behind the portrait of the Fat Lady. It is a circular room full of squashy red armchairs, tables, and a bulletin board where notices and such can be posted. There is a large window looking out over the school grounds and a huge fireplace across one wall. The remaining wall space is decorated with scarlet tapestries.

Hello, and welcome to the group! It's wonderful to have you here! Before you get started making your characters, just go through the few ground rules we have.

1. Be respectful to other members. Cyberbullying in any form will not be tolerated.
2. Try to be as active as possible. I realize that you have lives and you do not have to post every day. However, after one month of inactivity you will be sent a warning message. After three months of inactivity you will be removed from the group.
3. This group is open to younger members. We don't want to watch your characters roleplay having sex. Keep it clean.
4. Try to post more than one line, this keeps things more interesting.
5. No text-language.
6. Every member can have up to five characters. However you can only make one character at a time, and the mods need to accept all characters that are made before they can be played with.
7. All the writing done in the roleplays is to be done in third person and past tense.
8. For the roleplays' sake, we will only have a certain number of each of the following:
- 1 Parselmouth
- 1 Werewolf
- 2 Animangi

This is meant to be a lot of fun, so respect one another as well as the mods.
