179584 I just to want to add that we don't have to read everything at the same time, all the time.

I'm still to read Reni's book and Radium girls... I read outside the book club, so other things sometimes get in the way...

The discussions will be here, waiting for your contribution, when and if you can make them. That's how I think about my ability of participating or not. The threads don't just stop because it's a new month with a new book...

Where in NZ are you? And do you think feminism is a pertinent topic here?

I'm in New Plymouth and confess I have so much more freedom in here than in BR. My bf always talks about how NZ is progresses and women here are free. I disagree, although I think it's certainly better than most countries. Thoughts?

But I really like this book club. And it's a bit frustrating that today is the 3rd and no one knows what will happen, hehe
