I would say no, mostly because people are still in the process of creating characters. ( I know I'm going to be posting a few today >.> I just got really swamped with work and such )

Uhm, I think it also depends.If they have a lot of trouble, and even with help, can't figure it out, then we should have them use their own template/give them a basic one to use.
