In my opinion, I think that kissing is for people who are together for a certain amount of time. Some people be together for years and will not be in love or truly love each other. Some kisses means a friendly way. For example, Charlie and Sam is friends and the wasn't mean for them to be truly in love. Its means that they're sharing a friendly way to them that they are good friends. In that way its was kissing. So, its all depends on the person and what the kiss means to you and that other person.
