I agree because you shouldn't be kissing random people. You shouldn't kiss random people because you could catch a disease if they have one. It's nasty to be going around kissing multiple people. Charlie did the right thing because he truly loves Sam. Sam is a creep though because she is messing with little boys. In conclusion, you shouldn't be going around kissing random people because it's unsafe and the kiss wouldn't be special.
