I agree with that because it doesn't feel special if u kiss someone that u don't love. U could catch a disease if you kiss just anyone. You're expressing your feelings for someone when you kiss someone. Charlie loves Sam so much that he can't talk about the kiss. Charlie just feel emotional about it in a good way and he should feel like that.
