I agree that "Kissing someone should be reserved for someone that you truly love." I say this because if you truly love some one then you'll give them what they deserve. Sam loved Charlie and he never been kissed before. So she made him feel special by kissing him, because she wanted the first person to kiss him to be some one that he loved. She loved him but it was nothing serious because she is to old for him.
