174195 1. You have 20,000 books in your TBR, how in the world do you decide what to read next?

I use it to finish reading challenges. I also put suggestions from friends on there so I can discuss the books with friends. Sometimes I just randomly pick a book off of it to read.

2. You’re halfway through a book and you’re just not loving it. Do you put it down or are you committed?

I always finish the book but sometimes I will have to read things in between finishing it if it's super hard to finish.

3. The end of the year is coming and you’re behind on your reading challenge, do you try to catch up? And if so, how?

Yes, I try to only rent books from the libraries for challenges and power through.

4. The covers of a series you own and love do not match, how do you cope?

I just go with the flow of it.

5. Everyone and their mother loves a book that you do not. Who do you bond with over your shared feelings?

I just talk about my opinions anyway. We all like different things at times.

6. You’re reading a book in public and you’re about to start crying. How do you deal?

Just discreetly wipe my eyes and continue reading. Or think about something funny to change my emotions.

7. The sequel to a book you loved just came out but you’ve forgotten a lot of what happens. Are you going to reread it?

I'll find a quick review to catch up if I need to.

8. You do not want anyone to borrow your books, how do you politely say no when someone asks?

I suggest the library if it's books that I seriously don't want to part with it.

9. You have picked up and put down 5 books in the last month. How do you get over this reading slump?

Find a trashy quick romance read to get me back into reading.

10. There are so many books coming out that you are dying to read, how many do you end up buying?

I only buy certain authors. The rest I go to the library for.

11. After you purchase all of these books that you’re dying to read how long do they sit on your shelves before you get to them?

I usually try to read them right away but no longer than a couple weeks.
Jun 09, 2019 01:36PM

4. Are you participating in the team challenge? Yes, I am.
5. Is anything that's going to stand in the way of your reading this week? Let us cheer you on! I should have a good week to read.
6. What are you most looking forward to with this read-a-thon? Reading every single day.
Jun 09, 2019 08:01AM
