I never give mystery novels 5 stars, but this might be my favourite ever, so I had to make an exception. It's a story in a story in a story, with a big cast of characters and lots of twists. But somehow, it never got confusing. A delightful read.

I did all Australian authors for the popsugar challenge a couple of years ago. It made it a really good challenge. I had to make minor modifications, eg changed muslim American author to Muslim Australian author

I would put <2024 ratings near the start. That way if you choose your book in advance it's less likely to get more ratings before you read it

Whenever we have a free weekend day, my daughter (5) and I go to a library. We can spend the whole day there somehow.

Strangely, i am reading two books with horses on the cover right now, but i don't think that's a common theme in my reading!
