Hello, I'm Sruthi, and reading detective fiction is not just a passion, it is literally what I do for a living right now - I am writing my PhD thesis on detective fiction!

I'd probably say that my favourite writer of detective fiction (liable to change at any moment) is Edmund Crispin, but I cannot think of any Golden Age writer I dislike!
