I found a list of eligible works for the 2016 Hugos. I'm not sure if it's a curated list, so it's probably best to double-check if a listed book is actually eligible.

I'm starting a list of people who were bumped off the Hugo lists by the Sad Rabid slate. This could be because they declined a tainted nomination and withdrew, or because slate voting knocked a legitimate nomination off the list. I think it would be worthwhile to watch them and see if they come out with Hugo-worthy works before the 2016 deadline.
Preliminary list:
Annie Bellet
Juliette Wade
Marko Kloos
Kary English

This looks really good. Definitely on my TBR list.

I love short fiction, but with the proliferation of novels and short stories in ebook stores it's hard to keep up with. Articles like this are a great help.
