"Um, well, I don't really know - ahhhh!"

The branch Shadow had been balanced on broke, and with a loud crash it, the branch below it, and both students had toppled to the ground.

Kaedric stood up, eyes wide.

"Wow, are you okay?" he reached his hand out to help Shadow up.

Kaedric grinned, clapping his hands. "Not bad, not bad! Hey, why haven't I seen you before, sitting at the Electric table?"

Kaedric looked up at her, studying the tree. Before answering, he gave a small, challenging grin, and an instant he was beside 'Shadow' on the other side of the tree trunk, a different branch.

He blew out a small spark dancing across his fingertip.

"Electricity. I expect you know that little trick, then? Momentarily transforming into simple particles of energy, then recreating your own body by piecing them back together?"

Kaedric lowered his hand, but was determined to stay optimistic.

"No, fourth."

Shadow - Dark
Terra - Earth
Ventis - Air

ahhhh

"Sheesh, well, um, let's start over-" Kaedric said, putting his hand out, "I'm Kaedric Robinson, from Lectra country."

"Woah, woah," Kaedric said, backing away, hands in the air. "Um, you kind of knocked into me, so..."

Kaedric left through the huge wooden doors, and went out onto the nice, grassy school grounds.

History: Kaedric has lived with his divorced parents all his life, spending weeks with his mother and weekends with his father. They all live in Lectra, the Electric Country, and when he was 11 years old he was sent to the Academy to improve his powers of electricity. He spends his summers at home, and there he has his cat - Smuckers (named after the jelly, of course).

Personality: Kaedric is dyslexic, but he doesn't let that stop him from doing his best. He's fun to be around, loves adventure, but hates dogs and heights - and especially water. He's always kept his head up even though his parents are divorced, and he keeps a smile on his face even on rainy days.
