We would like to try a new tactic to encourage some new readers to read The Dark.

E.M. will be purchasing digital copies of The Dark with the intent of giving them directly to 10 readers who have read the preview and would love an opportunity to finish the book.

The name of the game though, is Pay it Forward. So there is a catch, and only one catch. If you liked the book, and would feel comfortable suggesting it to others, pay it forward by buying them a digital copy of the book.

We are lacking in support right now. So for the time being, I would encourage you to request a copy here. It's important that you also declare that you'll have the time (and intent) to read the book and have read the preview as well.

Once we see your request, we'll respond within the comments letting you know we've sent a copy (we just need a valid email to send a copy).

Once we've sent a few copies out, please remember to come back to this topic and see if anyone else has requested a copy. This way we can help one another out.

Here is a short snippet about E.M. Johnson.

E.M. was born and raised in Iowa, and has always had a love for learning and exploring. She has been writing since 1998 and started her first novel in 2000. Writing and drawing have gotten her through tough times, commemorated good times, and filled many hours fondly remembered. She loves mythology, biology, fantasy, animals, suspense, and realistic characters. The characters that nearly hop off the page and speak with you are her favorite kind.

She loves running and water, cats and dinosaurs, and her favorite foods are made with tomatoes. She needs the outdoors – preferably forests – to relax and feel at ease. Unfortunately she does not have much of a green thumb and she’s allergic to pet dander. She has a pet rabbit and lives with her husband and daughter.
