[ Personality ]

The first thing you should know about Jacob McAllister is that he doesn't back down from a challenge. Raised up on the idea that standing up for yourself is paramount, it seems like there's never a moment when he's not having an argument with someone, whether it be over something the other person did or some act that he himself committed. And, trust me, he gets in enough trouble that ninety percent of the time, he initiated something that he probably shouldn't have. He has a big mouth like that.

However, for all the bad things that describe him (arrogance and impulsiveness being the main two), Jacob has good traits as well. He can have a great sense of humor, especially when he's having a good time, and he's always up for making the most of the situation. And because of his arrogance, he doesn't accept anything less than what he knows is the best, for both him and his friends (particularly Kenna, because let's be honest: she's probably the person he cares about most). And though he may not be the best at keeping track of things, when it comes to the people he cares about, that's the one time you can expect him to be responsible.

Because that's the thing about Jacob: he's loyal. Maybe it's to a fault; maybe the amount of fights he's gotten in would be less if he stopped letting comments about his friends get to him. But for all the crap he does, at least you know he has your back. He's the friend that would make sure you got what you really wanted if you asked enough; he's the friend that would pick you up in the middle of the night if you were stranded alone. He might say you're dumb for getting yourself there in the first place, but that's obligatory. After all, it's not like he hasn't been in worst scenarios before.

[ Biggest Strength ] Jacob is brave, and that's one of the things he likes most about himself. Yeah, you have to be pretty dumb to get in all the fights he does, but at least he's not afraid to stick up for himself, as well as those he actually cares about. Jacob's good at being a protector. An impulsive and hotheaded one, yeah, but a protector nonetheless.
[ Biggest Fear ] Truthfully, Jacob is afraid of having absolutely no one on his side when things are said and done. He has people now, sure, but what if he screws up even more than he has already? What if he just only has himself? It's just something he doesn't like the sound of. Other than that, though, he's definitely afraid of commitment. And heights. Yeah, heights are a no.
[ Fatal Flaw ] Jacob is way too impulsive and tends not to think most things through, especially the things that come out of his mouth. Yeah, he can say some dickish things.

[ History ]

Jacob was born as the only child of two fairly wealthy parents. His father being the CEO of a well-off business and his mother being doctor, it was quite easy for them to rack up money. And hours. For most of his life, Jacob was left at home while his parents worked their long business hours. Not that he really minded. It's just that that might have had a huge part in his upbringing, because nothing good can really come from leaving a kid on his own every single day.

In that way, you could say Jacob is a prime example of the wealthy kid turned rebellious. By the time high school rolled around, he'd already done well to prove himself a troublemaker, and that obviously didn't bode too well with the folks. Yeah, he had the whole sports angle going for him (wrestling being the one he particularly excelled in) and his grades were... well, the bare minimum needed to maintain the whole sports thing, but... you could say they're not all that impressed. Coming from a doctor and a CEO, though, can you blame them?

Jacob doesn't really care that much, honestly. Could he do better? Probably. Is he smarter than all the bullshit he's pulled? Yeah, he is, and he could probably get better grades if he wanted to too. But, honestly, he thinks he's done pretty well for himself so far. He's had some mishaps along the way (like every time he runs into his ex-girlfriend, Nala), but he's proud of his althetic achievements -- even if his parents aren't -- and he's had times with Kenna that he wouldn't trade the world for. And to him? Those are priceless.

[ Personality ]

Summer is a natural born perfectionist. From the way she dresses to the way she organizes the pages upon pages of notes she has racked up from every class she's taken, she knows exactly what it is that she wants to do and how to do it. She's very much a go-getter, determined to make things turn out in her favor. Competitive is a bit of an understatement when it comes to her. Even in things that she knows she has no hope of winning, Summer does her best to make sure that she comes in first. The word failure isn't in her vocabulary.

Because of this, at first, Summer can come off a bit overbearing. Not only does she dress to impress everywhere that she goes, which is intimidating on its own, but it's also apparent when you meet her that she is one stubborn girl. Granted, she's nice and everything, and even a huge goofball when you really get to know her, but she definitely does have that air of superiority about herself. The reason for it? Well, like most people that flaunt everything about themselves, not everything is rosy for this perfectionist.

In fact, Summer is not the most stable of individuals. Sure, she's not insane by any stretch of the imagination, and she does at least have a good head on her shoulders, but she's not above cheating to get what she wants. It's all because she can't deal with failure. She can't deal with people not liking her. Her reputation is everything to her, and if she doesn't have that, Summer really doesn't know who she is.

[ Biggest Strength ] Summer's biggest strength is the fact that she doesn't give up. She's motivated and ambitious, ready to reach whatever goal she sets for herself. Because of this, she's incredibly dependable and is often perfect for any job. Or at least, that's what she'll tell you.
[ Biggest Fear ] Her biggest fear bounces back and forth between spiders and being humiliated on a major scale. The later is probably more of a sensible thing to be afraid of, but have you seen a spider? Why the hell they need that many legs, Summer will never understand.
[ Fatal Flaw ] Summer's fatal flaw is that she is far too perfectionistic and ambitious for her own good. Perfection is never good enough for her, and she'll push herself further just to get to the top of literally everything that she can. Because of this, failure doesn't bode well with her at all. If she truly can't achieve something, it's likely that she'll be upset for weeks over it. In fact, it's for this reason that she is always dressing up and making sure she always looks perfect. She can't have people thinking she's anything less, right?

[ History ]

Summer was only in middle school when she truly grew interested in politics. Growing up in a fairly mellow and quiet household (granted, a huge house that was never really that humble), there was never much talk about politics at home aside from a few throw-away comments at most. With her mother deep within the fashion world (something that Summer's very proud of, thank you very much) and her father being a well-established surgeon, it wasn't like her parents were around very much to influence her anyways. No, Summer had to figure out about the world of politics all on her own.

And, god, did she run with it. Ever since a field trip to the white house in the fourth grade, Summer has been one hundred percent hooked on the world of politics, and that passion has followed her all the way to high school. She has plans to climb that political ladder as soon as she graduates university. First, though? She plans to conquer high school. And so far? She's done pretty damn well. She just hopes that some random asshole doesn't sweep the rug out right from under her feet.

J-Hope is literally perfect. And I'm totally with you on the changing bias thing. Suga's the one I'm a hardcore fan of, but i liked V a lot before that (until I heard this song and became suga trash; like a whole song of him rapping? yes please).
