I agree with Jim about re-reading Shakespeare, however there are not many novels that I re-read simply because I would rather be reading something new. One book that I have read several times and enjoyed more every time is 'slaughterhouse five' by kurt vonnegut. I love all of his books, he is so entertaining and thought provoking at the same time! As far as my favorite book...of all time...that's difficult, I think it's a tie between '
gone with the wind' and 'the grapes of wrath'

I love to go back and read the classics! A few that I would suggest: Wuthering Heights by Emily Bronte (a tragic love story, I have to agree with Larry that those are the best), Also I didn't see anyone mention
Gone With the Wind! I could not put that book down. And anything by Kurt Vonnegut, he is brilliant and hilarious at the same time, you could start with Slaughterhouse Five.
