Kellan nodded, "Alright, me and Ian can run to our place and get bathing suits and beach stuff. What else should we bring?" Eli thought for a moment, "How about charcoal and ice. You can bring any extra food you want and me and Kali can get coolers and a grill and we can all meet at the end of the north gravel road and I'll lead us all in." He beamed cheerfully finishing his coffee. "We will let Max catch up on some Z's and we will wake her up when it's time to go."
Ian nodded, "Alright, let's go Kellan and we can meet you there at about twelve or one?" Eli looked at Kali for a minute wondering when they should meet up. "How long do you think it would take everyone to get together?"

Ian frowned, "What makes you so sure you can even trust the Devereux's?" His task was to be suspicious of Damien Devereux and as it was his duty to know everything about him he became just as suspicious of the others. He downed his head not wanting to let on and took another sip of coffee. "I just don't think the rest of your Coven needs to be brought into the middle of this, Kali. It is my job to protect you all and I feel it is safer with fewer Witches together." He said not feeling his own words were true, but still not comfortable with Damien Devereux with a load of souls to claim in the middle of nowhere. He had more and more evidence to believe that Damien was in fact a Wraith. He just needed concrete proof to show to the Elders and the High Priestess.

Ian rolled his eyes with a small smile. "Alright then, I suppose if my barmy brother wants to go then I can do it. I have today off anyway and right now it is only traffic duty while these firemen take care of the few other burning trees." He stared and Kellan with a raised eyebrow.
Kellan was already making him a plate and just as quick as he had slid pancakes onto his plate he had butter on them and syrup and was shoving them into his mouth. He turned with a smile after his forth pancake. "I wanna go if there is good food like this."
Ian and Eli both laughed lightly before Eli frowned, "I suppose we have to start getting ready. We will meet again on the East gravel road going into the woods. Make sure you invite some friends. Not to many just a few it's a small beach." He smiled before grabbing Kali's plate from in front of her and starting to fix it up for her and then handing it back in front of her. He then made his own plate as Ian sat down on the other side of Max. Kellan was happily standing and eating. Eli then stood and started pouring coffee into four mugs. Then he grabbed a glass and poured milk into it. He carried the glasses over and sat them down on the table then grabbed cream and sugar and sat it down. He slid the milk glass in Kellan's direction, "Guys, really, I work in a cafe I drink coffee." Eli nodded as he took a sip of his black coffee. "Oh I know and that is why you aren't getting any you are still young and your appetite is hyper-active enough." He smiled teasingly.

Kellan smiled, "Is that for us?" He said smirking over at Max who had corrected him. He then glanced back up from the food and at Eli, "You know that there is a serial killing, sadistic, demon witch out to kill us and make our lives miserable, right? I really don't think a small party at the beach is going to help that situation. It will only give her more targets."
Ian nodded rather impressed that Kellan was using his head more. "Kellan's right, if we sit back and relax with all our friends and relatives it will only become more likely that Senka and the Hunter will find us. Not to mention she will weigh the value of lives in our little party and claim the ones she thinks will hurt us most. She is far more sadistic than Lucifer himself."

After a bit Kellan stirred as rays of bright sunlight shined through the clouds directly onto him. The air smelled like smoke still and the clouds were just barely pushing inland out of
Grievance. He wrapped the blanket around his dew covered body feeling like he should shiver, but was surprisingly hot in the most comfortable sense possible. Ian stood at the door looking into the kitchen and Kellan walked in with messy hair and bags under his eyes. "This Nightwalker thing is hard work...I'm hungry." He said appearing as if he had lost his clothes after a wild party and was suffering from a horrible hangover.
Eli stirred only for a moment once his mind became more aware that his other half was just a floor beneath him. He rolled out of the bed only in his underwear and pulled on a pair of his jeans. He walked down stairs seeming to appear much more well rested after Kali fixed his dreams. He entered the kitchen and stepped behind Kali giving her a light peck on the cheek as he held her hips for only a moment. "Breakfast smells good." He said, but his voice didn't sound nearly as enthusiastic as he was trying to. His nightmare still bothered him. He wasn't about to do anything to let on to it, but he truly was fearful of his future in Grievance Ridge.

Eli seemed to lessen in his relaxed tension slowly allowing a peaceful smile. His body refolded against hers as his arm wrapped around her protectively. He snuggled against her pulling the blanket onto the both of them.
((Time lapse?))

Eli kept his body wrapped around Kali's and passed out slowly into the darker dreams of his mind. He fell into shadows and he heard his mother's voice screaming at him of how he was such a disgrace to their kind and how he was no son of hers. Eli tried so hard to push those dreams away, but then he went forward into time. He found himself on a high ridge seeing the town of Grievance Ridge. He saw the forest burning uncontrollably. He then saw bright flashes of light where a war of Witches, Hunters, and Mortals all gathered facing off against one another. He found the landscape shifting like the waves on the sea. Eli began breathing heavily finding a sacrificial dagger buried deep into the center of his chest. At the other end holding the grip of the blade was Kali who smiled soothingly with tears in her eyes.

Cedrik frowned as Ira clung to him tightly. "My dear, there is no need to fear. Senka's connection to you will make you both stronger and such connection links our contract of peace with one another and should a time come that both Senka and myself agree our contract is fulfilled and can be dismissed you will have the power and knowledge of control and she can release you." He promised with a kind and charming smile, but bloodlust was in his eyes. He felt his own power slowing. He had to kill more Witches and claim more lives for Lucifer.

Kellan nodded to Max, "Alright, Max says I can go back to Kali's and stay the night and...." He turned looking at Ciara, "What's wrong?" He asked feeling that something was truly making her in pain. "Where are going to go?" He pleaded hating to think that he was going to be alone tonight in Kali's back yard. Not to mention he wanted to know how to help Ciara. She seemed very upset having to leave like it would kill her if she didn't.

Ian shook his head, "I thought we agreed to Kali's? I mean we can't stay at our house because we can be tracked to it. And we can't go to Max's because she could be traced back there if that Bleeding Devil Woman has the power to do it she will certainly have no trouble in obtaining any of us." He looked down at Max still standing in the rain with her. "Where should we go?"
Kellan sat oblivious after the fact that Ian managed to get so much information simply based upon Kellan's own reply to Max. Kellan felt almost like Ian could understand animals too. "Wherever we decide we might want to do it quick. The winds are picking up in the higher air and they are hot. But this cool rain wind underneath is going to mix hard when those clouds crash. We may be facing a storm from the ocean. IT smells like salt." His dragon senses were all kicking in at once. He was sensing a hurricane pushing inward. The way the air was mixing made him feel uncomfortable that it was possible to be a tornado.

It took about an hour, but Stefan walked through the door, "I got here as soon as I could. What's wrong, Damien?" He asked clear concern on his face as he watched the High Priest stand with his two children, "Was Ciara with you? I need both of you here. Her power is just as dangerous as yours once she learns how to use it."
Stefan shook his head, "No, I haven't seen her since...Well, she was hanging around town with one of her brothers. I stayed with the rest of her family who really did not know personal boundaries." He was still sketchy about Damien's gift to him. He feared his emotions might trigger his death touch and if he killed one of Ciara's family members he knew that she would never forgive him just as he would never forgive himself.

Kellan shook his head looking at the dog curiously. "Max? Where should we go?" Kellan closed his eyes as he spoke and instead of speaking english he spoke in a slur of hisses.

Ian shook his head, "Look I'm sorry, Max. I had no one else to turn to. I am scared for my brother's life. If Hunters come to being suspicious of this night fire they will start stalking the nights and Kellan's mind is far too under developed to be able to hold the willpower of his inner beast. He isn't like you and Eli. He has no control at all." He said fearing that this night may lose Max as a close friend. They went through torture together and even now he was straining to keep it together. That strange bond they had made felt like a confirmation of sorts. That would be if what had happened was really a True Bond. It could have been something totally different. Ian was persistent and he knew if it wasn't a True Bond he would discover just what it was.

Damien nodded, "I do understand the risks that will be taken, but would you not rather her out of our lives and placed into someone elses centuries from now. Her father is more powerful than her and it took him thousands of years to even break through his cage even partially enough to interact in our world. He was significantly weakened when passing through the barriers that would become his cage. She will spend just as much time building her power back up alone before she would be able to grow enough and escape. How many people are turly going to search for the daughter of Lucifer and desire her release Lucifer has many pawns, but I do not think any are powerful enough to help release her from such a cage. I feel that Cedrik will be the only one capable of such a thing and he is a friend of mine. Sure, he tried to kill everyone in the school, but he would never cross me."
