the drama with Avery and Drew is a little cringy. and I get the dynamic with the friend group with Devon but I still don't get it with Drew. Drew seems like she has been distant for a minute and not really kept up with the group (hide spoiler)]

YES! I agree (view spoiler)[ Drew / Andrea wasn't particularly nice at the party. I wonder what her problem is with the group. And I'm sad that the twins have grown apart - but they were always going to turn into adults that went their own ways. It's surprising that Devon knew so little, though.

and yes, we have our first kill. I think it's interesting the cameras didn't pick up on the demon.

the animal mutilations, the additional sex scenes - it was all just yuck.

and now we know it wasn't Robert - but did Bret attack Susan? I mean, he had the bite mark . . . and yet, someone else claimed it.

wow, his lies - I don't know how he's keeping them all straight
It's interesting that his lies from the whole summer are catching up a bit because now people wonder if HE's the one that did the killings or that he's more angry/violent than he really is. . .

I'm glad he did show a bit of emotion about losing Matt and that he's cracking a bit. and I'm glad this section was completely about sex

we've finally gotten a bit into the eerie feeling of someone watching him - getting the sense that the killer is watching him. Is it Robert or is he just jumping to conclusions?

I wouldn't say I'm enjoying this but I'm glad the story is moving along the line of the killings.
the description of the tortured animal was completely awful

this is so long because we're getting blow by blow of the friends fighting over things like homecoming queen and him moving his mom's Jag so other cars can park. He could have cut so much of this out and this might have been more engaging.

If we have a fantasy and a romance banked - is it okay if we go ahead and clear those/claim those spots with them?

that would just leave Historical - which I think a few people might have a book for today.

That way, we'll always have new strands going, and an opportunity for anyone finishing a book to grab a spot. I hope most books will cover a few options for strands and no one will fill limited or unable to meet one because we'll have new ones pretty often. . .
