The positive:
I have not read the original story of Beauty and the Beast, but my friends has, and she told me that Belle does have bratty sisters, so I like ..."
I love the description of the palace too! It sounds so whimsical and beautiful! Definitely wasn't insta love, it was like a slow burn romance which was refreshing.
I agree on the Katniss similarity thing. She fed her family just how Katniss did, bow and arrow and all, and when she was being amen away the comment that Issac can show them how to hunt and make snares... I think Sarah J Maas has too much creativity to do something like that, but it was just a little thing I disliked too..

I can't wait for the second book either!! <3

About that last scene in chapter 21, I really didn't like the controlling aspect of it. I know it's supposed to be hot, but it didn't really give me that feeling. Well maybe a bit, *gui..."
Yeah!! He ended up being really sweet! But he's a "beast" when he loses control. I was guilty of somewhat enjoying it as well though lol. But I was whooping and hollering when she slapped him hehehe.

WTH!? Absolutely horrible and then Tamlin to stab too! But Feyre finally finds the loophole in Amarantha's curse and she frees Tamlin & all the people.
I seriously thought she was dead, I was getting really really mad lol but she of course, she's not and now she's High Fae!?!? Whaaattt!
Her & Tam are going to be super adorable :)
Rhysand's visit right at the ending has me thinking something is still up or going to happen with Feyre because before he left her he had that wide eyed stunned look and before she got to ask why, he was gone.... Hhmmmmmmmm!
Definitely excited that this is going to be a series <3

FEYRE KILLED IT! She dominated that worm lol. Besides her arm injury that led her into being Rhysand's "slave"
Challenge #2
Feyre cannot read and she would have lost without Rhysand and his weird tattoo connection.
Rhysand's confession about being ready to be rid of Amarantha was shocking. He's helping Feyre win the challenges so Tamlin can defeat Amarantha and all the High Lords, including Rhysand, can have their full magic back.
I think I trust him now. I hope I don't regret that!

So relieved it was Alis that Feyre found in Tamlin's ransacked house. But oh goodness Feyre! Just go busting right up into the most powerful & ruthless Fae's dwelling & demand Tamlin! lol
Well at least she didn't kill Feyre right in the spot, Feyre has three daunting tasks to beat or answer a riddle....
LET'S GO FEYRE! Win your Tamlin back!!

But Feyre has to leave Tamlin now... 3
Freaking Rhysand scares me horribly!
And I don't think I trust that Feyre will be safe even if she goes home...
Well well well Tamlin set up Feyre's family extremely well lol! They don't have to worry about starving anymore... I still don't think she's safe at home though. The Suriel said to stay with Tamlin that that's the only place she'd be safe... And Nesta is not too enthusiastic about Feyre's return. I definitely think something is up with her.

Wow... The scene where the faerie died... Feyre's sympathy for him and trying to ease his pain so extremely touching!
Lucien's back story was the BEST! It helps you understand him so much more!! And it makes me like him and trust him more.
Tamlin & Feyre swimming in the pond of starlight was the start of their kindling! But then Tamlin & Feyre in the rose garden is when I knew they had an attraction! That got a little steamy ;p
Fire Night ritual was freaking creepy! I got the eeriest feeling the entire time Feyre was wandering around it. Thank god for Lucien to find her and bring her back to the house!! And holy crap!!! Tamlin & Feyre's little encounter at the end of the Fire Night ritual. I am kinda speechless in a good and bad way. I hated but loved that scene. It gave me the feels and I was like "oooo hot damn" BUT it kind of came off a little too aggressive for my likings... A little too much possession and rape feels coming from Tamlin that I didn't really like but at the same time I was like "just both of you give in already!"
I don't know, anyone else have comments on that scene????

Catching the dang Suriel but now whatever the heck naga are are coming!!!
Lucien is so sneaky but I am really starting to like him. He seems to like Feyre, he is trying to give her answers in a nonchalant way lol.
Tamlin is super intimidating! He's a freaking High Lord! SO POWERFUL! But he has a softness, a sweetness to his heart that you see he guards.
The Suriel is so freaking creepy but I'm scared for Feyre now that "four shadowy figures slipped through the birch trees, so dark they seemed made from a starless night"!?!? AH! RUN GIRL RUN!

I love Fae<3 Sarah's Fae seem so regal and elegant and that's my favorite thing about Fae!! Tamlin & Lucien are extremely intriguing! The whole curse/mask thing is really cool, can't wait to find out more about that!!
Feyre is such a pretty name first of all lol :)
She seems to be another girl character that I am going to just adore!!! Like Caelena! Feyre is rough & tough and I can't wait to see where the plot goes and takes her!
I am waiting for something soon to come up with that tiny snippet we got of Lucien & Tamlin talking about asking her, Feyre, about finding something. The reason Andras went past the wall? Something with getting rid of their curse maybe? I don't know but I am liking where this story is going already.
The beauty & the beast aspect is highlighted lovely so far too!
