I want to make a list of the BEST heroes of book history!! Please put the name of your favorite book hero. These have to be very very awesomely amazing people. Requirements are that they need to be a major character in their book and they have to stand up for/fight for good (especially when confronted with the face of evil, when it seems as if there is no hope). And only one hero per book/series unless a supporting character is REALLY amazing. :) I want to draw a poster of them. If you want, include a description of their looks and personality and why you think that they deserve to be called a hero. I might make a poll and we can come up with, like, the top five heroes or something. Feel free to also discuss what you believe makes a true hero, and maybe we can tweak the requirements a little. And we can debate whether or not someone's character is a hero.
I move that Percy Jackson is a hero cuz he's so AWESOME!!!

What's going on with this group??

O Beetle Beetle (Septimus Heap)

Artemis (Goddess in Percy Jackson; also main character in Artemis Fowl)

Annabeth!!! (Percy Jackson & the Olympians)

((Wooooow....))
((Hey it looks like some messages were deleted...?))

((I think after the name of the character we should put the name of the book or series in parentheses, ok?))
Ender (Ender's Game)

I don't remember if I've read that book or not...
I think it's really interesting when the author writes in the present tense, like in Things Not Seen by Andrew Clements. Like, it says, "I wake up in the morning and the sun is streaming through the window. I walk into the bathroom, take a shower, and look in the mirror. 'What's wrong with the mirror?' I think. I'm invisible. And then I scream."

Really?? I dislike him. Strongly. He's so...incompetent.

Yeah, I think he should be a lot more handsome that that. How did you picture him?

Yes! Lol that movie was...hilarious! :)

Yeah. I felt this way when I was reading "The Wizard Heir" by Cinda Williamas Chima.

Haha what if they're not writing any more? The HP and PJO series are both done, and I don't think Colfer will write another AF book for a while.
